Tower 210 was established as an electric interlocker in 1961 to control the crossing of the T&NO Lufkin Line (former Houston East& West Texas main line) and the Houston Belt & Terminal (HB&T) Railroad (former International - Great Northern line) at Collingsworth St. in north central Houston. The interlocker was remotely controlled by Tower 26, and is now controlled by Union Pacific Operations.
